We are your full service lake company. We work on individual cottage projects, ongoing property maintenance, property management/rentals and we are also a great resource for investing in lake country.
We make it our goal to know what's happening on the lakes in our area and establish connections with local trades and other resources.

A bit about us.
Established 2019
Hey, Chad here. My background is in general contracting and my wife, Alexis, is skilled at yard care, landscaping and cleaning. The combination of those skills makes us the perfect pair to manage cottages.
We have our teams that work in their respective departments and we as owners make sure all the projects and regular maintenance work is running smoothly.
It's a dream job in summer. We feel very fortunate we get to provide this service for our living.
